Working out with Warren is lots of fun. He inputs tons of energy into his programs, which are tailored to my personal goals and abilities. I really appreciate his attention to detail and focus on form. This means that not only will I be less likely to hurt myself, but also maximize efficiency within a workout session. He incorporates challenge and variety by adding “twists” to typical exercises and takes a comprehensive approach to wellness by incorporating stretching and discussions about diet. Overall, an awesome investment in my health!
