Robin is a Toronto-based yoga, movement & mindfulness instructor. Over the past 10 years, she has taught mostly hatha and restorative yoga with a focus on alignment, strength, and mobility. She has experience using yoga and/or mindfulness to support clients with a variety of concerns including women’s health, chronic pain, stress, sleep hygiene, healthy ageing, mental health, grief & loss, and chronic illness. Robin’s primary focus is on enabling clients to connect with a form of practice that speaks to their unique needs and helps them work towards their health and wellness goals.
